We're looking for an experienced Stallion Manager to oversee the daily care and management of our stallion barn. The ideal candidate has excellent horsemanship skills, breeding farm experience, and takes pride in maintaining the highest level of horse care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily care of resident stallions
- Coordinate breeding schedules and daily breeding shed activities
- Supervise stallion barn staff
- Monitor stallion health and communicate with veterinarians
- Maintain breeding records and documentation
- Ensure the barn, breeding shed, and surrounding areas are clean and organized
- Assist with client and mare appointments during breeding season
