Hannah Padgett
Founder, EquiAssist
EquiAssist was founded by Hannah Padgett, a business owner and lifelong horsewoman with a passion for supporting the people and businesses that make the horse industry possible. Throughout her career, Hannah has worked closely with employers, professionals, and organizations across multiple industries while remaining deeply connected to the equine community. Through those experiences, she recognized a common challenge within the horse industry: employers struggled to find qualified candidates, and talented professionals often had difficulty discovering meaningful career opportunities.
