About the Position
We are seeking a reliable Stall Cleaner to keep stalls and designated barn areas clean and properly maintained. This position is ideal for someone who works efficiently, is dependable, and is comfortable working in a barn environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean stalls thoroughly each day
- Remove manure and wet or dirty bedding
- Add fresh bedding as needed
- Strip and re-bed stalls when required
- Dispose of manure and used bedding in designated areas
- Sweep aisles and clean up bedding or debris from stall cleaning
- Keep stall-cleaning tools and equipment organized
- Maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness throughout assigned stalls
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently and maintain a consistent pace
- Ability to perform repetitive physical work
- Able to lift and handle bedding and stall-cleaning equipment
- Comfortable working in a barn environment
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned stalls to the required standard
