We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Head Groom and Barn Manager to oversee daily operations for a high-end Hunter/Jumper training facility in Ocala, FL. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, high standards for horse care, and prior experience managing a small team of grooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily feed, turnout, stall maintenance, and grooming schedules for 15–20 horses.
Coordinate with veterinarians, farriers, and equine bodyworkers.
Manage inventory for feed, bedding, tack, and first-aid supplies.
Prepare horses for training and travel to local and regional show circuits.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized barn environment at all times.
