We're looking for an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our eventing facility. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys leading a team while ensuring our horses and facility receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the farm
- Manage barn staff and daily work schedules
- Coordinate feeding, turnout, and horse care
- Schedule veterinarians, farriers, and other service providers
- Monitor feed, hay, and bedding inventory
- Oversee maintenance of the barns, arenas, paddocks, and grounds
- Work closely with trainers and owners to keep the operation running smoothly
