We're looking for an experienced Boarding Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boarding facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both horses and people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a well-run barn.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily care of boarded horses
- Communicate with boarders regarding their horses and facility updates
- Coordinate feeding, turnout, and blanketing schedules
- Schedule veterinarians, farriers, and other service providers
- Supervise barn staff and daily chores
- Order feed, hay, shavings, and other supplies
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and operating efficiently
