We're looking for an experienced Barn Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy hunter/jumper facility. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both horses and clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily barn operations
- Manage feeding, turnout, and daily horse care
- Coordinate staff and daily schedules
- Schedule appointments with veterinarians, farriers, and other equine professionals
- Monitor horse health and communicate concerns promptly
- Maintain feed, bedding, and supply inventory
- Help ensure the barn and property remain clean
