We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Trainer & Riding Instructor to join our active Dressage training facility in Wellington, FL. This position involves riding training horses, assisting the Head Trainer with client horses, and teaching beginner-to-intermediate lesson programs.
Key Responsibilities:
School and exercise high-performance and young training horses (First Level through FEI).
Teach private and small group lessons to junior and adult amateur clients.
Prepare horses and students for local, regional, and rated dressage shows.
Maintain clear communication with horse owners regarding training progress.
Assist with routine warm-ups, cool-downs, and basic turnout when needed.
Qualifications:
Proven record showing or training through Third Level Dressage (FEI experience preferred).
2+ years of professional riding and instructional experience.
Excellent communication and patient teaching style.
Strong work ethic, reliable, and passionate about correct classical dressage principles.
